War is harrowing. Everyone needs support in times of crisis.

We've put together a list of local resources to help support the mental health and wellbeing of those affected.

From emergency contacts to confidential support - there is help available.

Where to find urgent help in Ukraine

  • Lifeline Ukraine
    Mental health helpline for veterans

    Lifeline Ukraine runs a free suicide prevention and mental health support helpline.
    The service is primarily to provide support for veterans of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, and their family members. But they do not ask any caller about their eligibility to use the service – if you are in need of help, they are here for you.
