Our story

Unmind began with a simple idea: what if mental healthcare could be proactive, not reactive?

Our co-founder, Dr Nick Taylor, a clinical psychologist, saw too many people only getting help once they’d already hit crisis. Steve Peralta, a leading corporate wellbeing practitioner and executive coach who had faced his own struggles with depression and insomnia, knew the power of early support.

Together, they set out to change that story, building Unmind to help companies give people proactive support and create sustainable performance cultures.

Today, Unmind partners with some of the world’s most forward-thinking organizations, reaching millions of employees across more than 140 countries. Helping people feel, work, and live better.
