Better mental health
Work should be good for mental health, not drain it. Unmind provides proactive, science-backed care that helps people thrive and drives great performance.

Our story
Unmind began with a simple idea: what if mental health care could be proactive, not reactive?
Our co-founder, Dr Nick Taylor, a clinical psychologist, saw too many people only getting help once they’d already hit crisis. Steve Peralta, a leading corporate wellbeing practitioner and executive coach who had faced his own struggles with depression and insomnia, knew the power of prevention.
Together, they set out to change that story – building Unmind to help organizations give people the tools and care to live well and work well before they reach crisis.

What we believe
Work is moving fast. New technologies, shifting cultures, and constant change are testing the limits of people and performance. But when organizations make mental health central to change, they unlock something powerful – adaptability, creativity, and lasting performance.
We believe:
- People power performance. When people are well, they can grow, adapt, and lead through change.
- Support should scale. Wellbeing shouldn’t sit apart from business strategy – it should be built into how organizations operate every day.
- Evidence matters. Everything we create is grounded in evidence and designed to deliver measurable impact for people and business.
- Prevention over cure. True transformation starts before crisis – by giving people the tools to thrive, not just survive.
