Mental health isn’t only something to think about in crisis – it’s something we all have, every day. Just like physical health, it shifts and changes. And the earlier we act, the stronger we build it.
That’s why this World Mental Health Day, Unmind is focusing on prevention. On October 10, we’ll host a special Space moderated by Steve Peralta, Co-founder and Chief Wellbeing Officer, with perspectives from:
- Organizations – building mentally healthy cultures.
- Teams – embedding proactive practices into daily routines.
- Individuals – celebrating everyday approaches to wellbeing.
Throughout the week, keep an eye on Unmind’s socials for quickfire videos from the Unmind community answering: “How are you prioritising your mental health today?” Expect dog cuddles, naps, walking meetings, mentorship moments and plenty of surprises.
