Across the world, crises are impacting lives, families, and workplaces. These realities can’t be ignored – they shape how we experience stress, resilience, and wellbeing.
But mental health isn’t only about what happens in times of crisis. It’s something we all have, every day. Just like physical health, it shifts and changes. And the earlier we act in our daily lives, the stronger we build our resilience.
This World Mental Health Day, Unmind is shifting the focus from crisis to prevention. On October 10, join a special Space moderated by Steve Peralta, Co-founder and Chief Wellbeing Officer, with perspectives from:
- Organizations – embedding mentally healthy cultures.
- Teams – building proactive practices into everyday routines.
- Individuals – celebrating small, powerful actions that protect wellbeing.
Throughout the week, keep an eye on Unmind’s socials for quickfire videos from the Unmind community answering: “How are you prioritizing your mental health today?” Expect dog cuddles, naps, walking meetings, mentorship moments and plenty of surprises.
By acknowledging crises while spotlighting prevention, we make it easier for everyone to take daily steps that strengthen people, teams, and organizations alike.
