Mental health isn’t only about what happens in times of crisis. It’s something we all have, every day. Just like physical health, it shifts and changes. And the earlier we act in our daily lives, the stronger we build our resilience.
On October 10, Unmind hosted a special Space moderated by Steve Peralta, Co-founder and Chief Wellbeing Officer, bringing together powerful perspectives from:
- Organizations – embedding mentally healthy cultures
- Teams – building proactive practices into everyday routines
- Individuals – celebrating small, meaningful actions that protect wellbeing
Throughout the week, the Unmind community also shared quickfire videos answering: “How are you prioritizing your mental health today?” – with dog cuddles, naps, walking meetings, mentorship moments, and plenty of surprises.
By shifting the focus from crisis to prevention, this conversation showed how small, daily actions can strengthen people, teams, and organizations alike.
