Our psychological approach
We support whole-organization change for better wellbeing and performance. Our in-house experts are specialists in key areas that promote individual and organizational growth based on psychological science and practice.
Clinical Psychology
This seeks to understand, prevent, and relieve psychological distress and enhance wellbeing. Our psychologists:
- Support the creation and delivery of safe, effective resources for our users and shape how we talk about mental health.
- Maintain clinical governance across resources, tools and events, including innovation in AI tools for wellbeing.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic and behavior change models and tools, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions.
Positive Psychology
AKA the science of human flourishing, it focuses on developing positive traits, behaviors and emotions. It helps everyone, not just those who are struggling, live their best life. Our psychologists:
- Apply theory and practical techniques to help organizations and their people flourish.
- Promote better wellbeing and productivity by driving collective growth in areas including emotional intelligence, resilience and meaningful engagement.
We use evidence-based models, like PsychCap, PERMA and Strengths-based approaches.
Organizational Psychology
Helping workplaces thrive by applying psychological concepts to policy and practice. Through data collection, consultation, and research, our organizational psychologists:
- Assess company-wide culture and performance and recommend actions to effectively support employees.
- Help build evidence-based wellbeing strategies to optimize investment.
- Address risk factors for stress and other mental health-related issues at work, which improves the quality of work life, job satisfaction, and performance.
- Use frameworks including the demands-resource and organizational justice models of employee stress and wellbeing.
