Young people are the future. That's why why we offer insight days and work experience for local students with special educational needs. It's also why many Unminders are mentors to young people to support their chances of gaining paid employment.

Inclusive culture

Key to Unmind’s culture is Movers and Shapers, a team of in-house DE&I champions who aim to make every Unminder feel like they belong. We've also got a long ol' list of internal community groups.

Psychological safety

Each year we run a survey called Understanding Our Uniqueness to check in on Unminders’ experiences. This anonymous data then shapes our DE&I action plans to keep improving our workplace.
