Unmind Global Data Processing Addendum Update

We have updated our data processing documentation to align with Unmind’s new and upcoming feature releases; including Single Sign On (SSO) & Human Resource Information System (HRIS) integrations along with enhanced customer engagement communications.

These updates are essential for our continued service to our global customers and ensuring compliance with all applicable global data protection and regulatory requirements. We have also included specific clauses to address the need to comply with EEA and UK restricted transfers and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our Data Processing Addendum adds important data processing protections for both you as the customer and Unmind and it is our joint obligation to formally agree to these terms.

If any of the following applies to you as a client then please fill out the DPA with your relevant details:

‍

• If you are a contracted customer of Unmind and do not have a DPA in place.
• If you are a contracted customer of Unmind and have a DPA in place that does not incorporate the 2021 EU SCC’s and UK Transfer Addendum.
• If you are a contracted customer of Unmind and have a DPA in place that does not incorporate the relevant region of your regulatory obligations such as the US Data Protection Regulations.

Please note that the DPA can not be amended, nor can Unmind accept clients own DPA’s. This DPA has been specifically tailored to comply with the multiple services that Unmind provides and regions it operates in.
