The State of Wellbeing in Law 2024

The State of Wellbeing in Law Report 2024

Default description for the image

Last year, Unmind launched a first-of-its-kind study in the legal sector. Our findings provided fascinating insights into the interplay of workplace factors that drive employee mental health, and the associated financial implications. They also enabled us to create the first-ever set of wellbeing and culture benchmarks for the ‘big law’ sector to help drive positive change throughout the industry.

With 2023’s study demonstrating that senior leaders have more of an effect on mental health than partners and associates involved in the delegation and supervision of work, it is even more clear that the tone and culture within a firm are ultimately set from the top down.

We know that for many organizations, particularly law firms, employees struggle to feel supported by senior leadership. This is often due to a disconnect between the support they receive and the perception of that support. We can help tackle this by leveraging data.

The second round of the study will take place from Mid April to Mid May 2024, and we would love your participation.
