We help employees to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives by changing the way organisations think about mental health.
Our mental health is determined by many aspects of life. From physical fitness to sleep, friendship networks to family relationships, self-esteem to mindset. None of these areas are fixed, and they’ll evolve and change for each of us throughout our lives.
Mental health is often misunderstood. Traditionally we only hear of it when there’s a problem. When helplines are offered. Or counselling is needed. Far from a problem, mental health – like physical health – is something that should be proactively nurtured.
We believe people lead more fulfilling lives and organisations perform best when mental health is understood, nurtured, and celebrated. That’s why we’ve created a platform that empowers employees to measurably improve their mental health by giving them the right care at the right time.
As a lead clinical psychologist in the NHS in 2015, Dr Nick Taylor faced the challenges of managing absenteeism, presenteeism, and turnover among highly pressured frontline staff.
Determined to find a solution, Nick discovered that, by combining clinical science with corporate wellbeing, organisations could help their teams to proactively nurture their own mental health, and in turn boost productivity.
Pretty soon, Nick arrived at a compelling business case. By using a whole-person, whole-organisation approach to wellbeing transformation, companies across the world could solve some of their greatest challenges.
